This is to notify you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Gujarati Cultural Society of Manitoba Inc. will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2 PM at 999 St. Anne's Road, in the City of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba.
Please note that at this AGM, the election of all twelve (12) Board of Directors, which includes the four officers namely, President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, six directors and two youth directors as well as three (3) members of the Advisory Committee will be conducted. You are requested to fill the attached nomination forms for the above positions on or before Thursday, February 29th by 6 PM & submit them to any one of the below-mentioned members of the nominating committee.
